Our retreat, which will blend yoga, meditation, somatic work, and sharing circles, will be on the theme of Safety, Dignity, & Connection.

It will be located at OLEA, a retreat venue nestled in the tranquil Sabina countryside near Rome that offers panoramic views, olive groves, and accommodations in two beautifully restored farmhouses.

​

Best of all, the all-inclusive price for this retreat is just €1,630. This includes six nights at OLEA, two daily practices of yoga and meditation, sharing circles, and three meals a day prepared with local delicacies.
